- At-Risk Development/Ownership. Irgens develops and creates real estate projects with various investors and partners. As an owner of investment real estate, we take on the role of creating value.
- Development Management/Owner Representation. Here we use the same skill sets applied in at-risk real estate development, but we create and implement a project plan for an owner other than ourselves.
- Asset/Property Management. Irgens manages properties with an eye toward protecting and enhancing asset value.
