In another strategic move to strengthen the company’s asset management service offerings, Irgens Development Partners, LLC (Irgens) announced that 25 year industry veteran Mary Mokwa CPM® joined the company as Senior Property Manager. Ms. Mokwa is responsible for offering high-level integrated asset and property management services for commercial and healthcare clients throughout southeastern Wisconsin and in the state of Arizona. She brings to Irgens her skills in project management, risk management, real estate management and leasing as well as financial forecasting and property analysis. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), a licensed Real Estate Broker, and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Prior to joining Irgens, Mary was a vice president of commercial property management at Continental Properties in Milwaukee. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
