Milwaukee, WI - Irgens Development Partners, LLC announced that Dave Domres, CPM®, CCIM has recently been promoted to Senior Vice President – Property Management due to his leadership capabilities and strong property management expertise. Dave supervises one of the largest property management teams in the Milwaukee area, a group of professionals that manages over 70 properties totaling just over four million square feet of space throughout the United States.
Dave Domres has been involved in every aspect of real estate from acquisition, disposition and leasing to property, facility and construction management. He started his real estate career primarily focused in multi-family residential housing. For the past 15 years, he has concentrated his talents on commercial real estate. Clients have included individuals, partnerships, banks, pension funds, REITs, institutions and corporations. Today, Dave is involved in all aspects of real estate asset management and planning.
Domres is the 2008 President for NAIOP-Wisconsin and past-President of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin. He is currently an International Faculty Member for the Institute of Real Estate Management; as well as an accomplished presenter of real estate issues in publications. He has been selected three times as CPM of the Year. Additionally, Domres was an Editorial Consultant for Office Building Management, a ready reference for managers of office buildings.
