Multi-building, industrial development marks Irgens’ latest project underway in metro Phoenix
Phoenix, AZ. – Irgens Development Partners, LLC has begun construction on their newest Arizona development, Tolleson Commerce Center, a five building, 86,000 square foot multi-use industrial development on 9.48 acres, located north of the northwest corner of 83rd Avenue & Buckeye Road in Tolleson, Arizona. Included in the 9.48 acres is a 2.5 acre built-to-suit site available for future development.
Initial development phase will include:
- Four, 14,000 SF free-standing user buildings for sale that feature fenced outside storage yards, grade level loading, truck wells and 18’ clear heights.
- One, 30,000 SF building available for sale or lease that can be divided into two 15,000 square foot bays and features grade level loading, truck wells and a 24’ clear height.
Future development phase:
- 2.5 acre build-to-suit site.
All buildings will feature flexible office space, evaporative cooled warehouse space, tilt panel concrete construction, R-13 insulated roof decks and five inch reinforced concrete floors.
