Mary Potter Physicians Pavilion
Evergreen Park, Illinois
This 80,000 square foot Mary Potter Physicians Pavilion was designed and built as the result of the Little Company of Mary Hospital's need for a medical office building to house physicians associated with the hospital. Through physician surveys and interviews, various attributes of the project were crafted including a pharmacy, diagnostic testing, community rooms and a skybridge to the hospital for patient and physician convenience. The new building was designed to be compatible with the ornate 1929 hospital tower and a more contemporary addition built in 1984.
The development team led by Dave Arnold helped analyze the market and then drive the pre-leasing process resulting in a building which achieved 62% occupancy at opening and continues to enhance physician recruitment.
