The Carle Clinic

A satellite clinic facility for The Carle Clinic, this 50,000 square foot building was completed in 1993 and was designed to house 30 physicians of various specialities in order to keep up with the rapid growth in the Bloomington area. Because of this tremendous growth, the facility achieved its five-year recruitment plan in just over 3 years. Dave Arnold led the effort to develop an updated plan to expand the physician base to 60 physicians.
The newly expanded facility was occupied in 1999 and is the largest, most diverse satellite clinic for the 300 physician Carle Clinic Association of Urbana, Illinois. Now 103,000 square feet, the building comprises urgent, primary, and specialty care, plus nearly every diagnostic and therapeutic modality, from x-ray and fluoroscopy to ultrasound, mammography, CT, and physical therapy.
