St. Luke’s Physician Office Building
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Physician and patient demand drove the need for 180,000 square feet of physician office and clinical space on what was perceived to be an overdeveloped metropolitan hospital campus. This complex engagement required significant coordination between city, county, and neighborhood entities.
Irgens capitalized on physician/tenant relationships and obtained their input on all major aspects of the facility. This resulted in a building design that suited their needs as well as their patients' and contributed significantly to easing wayfinding and access issues throughout the campus.
The project achieved capacity occupancy in advance of its completion, increasing hospital outpatient revenue well ahead of original projections. |
