Embarking on its first community-based ambulatory care center required a cautious approach by Irgens who was involved in this project from concept through implementation.
Although all market indicators located the facility in suburban New Berlin, the City was less than receptive to a tax-exempt organization developing prime real estate. Irgens worked closely with City officials to successfully negotiate its first Community Services Agreement which did not jeopardize the client's tax-exempt status in surrounding areas.
Our responsiveness to the client's desires and the City's requirements resulted in the successful completion of the project. |
