Irgens was originally engaged to provide leasing and management services for a ten-year old partial "shell building." Within two years the facility was fully occupied and a 45,000 square foot expansion was 75% preleased all while competitive projects were under development in the same small community market.
Irgens orchestrated the staging of the project expansion without significant disruption to the patient visitors, physician tenants, or client services. The resulting structure maintained its community orientation while integrating state of the art amenities. |
