The Medical College of Wisconsin needed space for its billing and collection
departments. Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital wanted an off-campus primary
care clinic. Irgens merged these needs with a plan that had been on the drawing board for more than two years and brought concepts to reality. The results: a well-located, 63,000 square foot professional office building, plus parking, on an environmentally hazardous site which had been dormant for almost 25 years. The project involved clean up of the site and everyone was a winner — the City of Wauwatosa, the Medical College of Wisconsin, Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital, and our partnership. |
