Wisconsin Lutheran College

Wisconsin Lutheran College retained Irgens Development Partners, LLC in the fall of 1999 to assist in development and implementation of a master plan for the College's proposed athletic complex at a 30-acre site on the Milwaukee County Grounds in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The assignment involved selecting the proper architect for this unique plan, coordination of negotiation with the DNR, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, and Milwaukee County. The challenge was to obtain a 100-year ground lease with the County, and gain City of Wauwatosa approvals and permits to proceed. The project is still in process and many more meetings of the College, County, and City are scheduled to accomplish the original goals of the College. |
