This project, totaling over 100,000 square feet in two buildings is the first new, modern, multi-tenant, light industrial facility constructed in the City of Milwaukee. The unique private/public partnership, established with the City of Milwaukee, offers additional economic incentive programs and development zone tax credits to tenants. With the City of Milwaukee as our partner, we are creating jobs in the central city. |
