This 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility and corporate office consolidated the operations of this maker of quality furniture and became the anchor for an industrial park in Watertown, Wisconsin. Through the combined efforts of The Custom Shoppe, the municipality, and the development team, this project was completed well in advance of the industrial park's schedule. Services included site identification, land acquisition, municipal and regulatory approvals, development management, design and construction, value engineering, budget and schedule adherence, and municipal relations. |
