This rapidly expanding national health insurance provider required a regional headquarters located within a confined geographic area, and within short order. The Irgens team was hired as the development manager for this new 160,000 square foot facility which includes a lower level parking garage, workout facility, and cafeteria.

The Irgens team interviewed and hired the design/build team; analyzed and ranked multiple sites; parallel tracked; negotiated purchase agreements; obtained governmental approvals on two sites; and managed the overall schedule and budget. The project was delivered early and considerably under budget.
