A commercial landmark which dates from the late 1880's, the $60 million renovation project was granted the largest real estate loan ever made by US Bank (formerly Firstar). With over 400,000 square feet of commercial office, hotel and retail space - 80 percent of which was committed prior to the start of renovation - the complex brings an estimated 1,600 people into downtown Milwaukee every day. |
