This $47 million, 227,000 rentable square foot, Class A office building with 444 parking stalls in downtown Milwaukee opened in September 2003. Irgens assembled the project team, attained all government approvals and entitlements, secured construction financing, and preleased 45% of the building prior to the groundbreaking.
