As a Development Representative based in Irgens’ Milwaukee office, Tom is involved in all aspects of the firm’s commercial, healthcare, mixed-use and industrial developments within the State of Wisconsin. Tom’s primary responsibilities include conducting market research to
forecast and analyze business trends for the firm’s brokerage and leasing team. He also assists project developers by providing financial analysis, development budgets and accounting reports including project feasibility analysis, market research, planning and design oversight, contract adherence, obtaining government pprovals/permits and leasing.
