Gaurie Rodman is responsible for offering high-level development management services including overall design direction, construction oversight and commissioning activities to Irgens’ clients throughout the Midwest region. She represents both public and private clients and researches strategies that enhance long-term economic value for both sectors and presents ideas that improve the community.

Gaurie is a certified planner and accomplished real estate developer, and brings to Irgens her skills in development management, urban planning, building design, programming and building information modeling.
