Tim Nelson offers comprehensive real estate brokerage services including landlord, tenant, buyer and seller representation for a
variety of clients throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Tim has been involved in many land and building transactions ranging from the representation of building owners for the sale of properties to representing large corporations for the leasing of their corporate headquarters. Tim also specializes in site location, selection and acquisition for build-to-suit and at-risk development.
Tim received the CCIM designation awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis. Personally and professionally, Tim is committed to positively changing his community. He currently serves as vice president for CCIM Wisconsin. In the past, Tim has also served in many facets of local government with the Village of Butler including the Board of Directors, Community Development Authority, Building Board and Public Safety Committee.
