Tim received the CCIM designation awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis. Personally and professionally, Tim is committed to positively changing his community. He is involved with several local organizations with the Village of Butler where he resides and serves as an active member of the Village Board of Directors.
