Ryan Marks draws on his broad experience to establish and implement project financing policies, strategies and procedures to support company and investor objectives. He’s involved in all aspects of equity investments, securing debt for new construction projects and refinancing efforts for existing properties in Irgens’ portfolio. Additionally, he identifies and analyzes acquisitions, dispositions and other real estate investment opportunities for the firm in locations throughout the United States.
